Cornelio Rivera, 18, of 49 Ventura St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be responsible for a marked lanes violation and a motor vehicle lights violation and was assessed $100.
Inna Morgun, 26, of 21 Line St., Feeding Hills, was placed on pretrial probation for six months after she was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor brought by Westfield police.
Ronald D. Fuller, 50, of no fixed address in Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Andrea M. Palmborg, 22, of 380 Madison St., Wrentham, was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 4 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.
Heather G. Lutservitz, 17, of 60 Furrowtown Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 29 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to keep right for an oncoming motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Andrew B. Coach, 24, of 23 Tannery Road, was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the alleged victim and was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending a Feb. 21 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and two charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Jeremy R. Hall, 29, of 56 Kane Brothers Circle, was ordered to remain alcohol free and be subject to random testing and ordered not to operate a motor vehicle without a valid license when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor (a subsequent offense) and leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police.
Ashley S. Collins, 20, of 31 Jaeger Drive, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and was fined $750, assessed $600 and sentenced to a 127 day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for two years. She was ordered to complete a 14 day treatment and evaluation program and was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding.
Robert M. Maynard, 31, of 104 Rogers Ave, was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the alleged victims and ordered to comply with all protective orders when he was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a March 1 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Bryan J. Reno, 23, of 98 Union St., Ludlow, was ordered to have no contact with, to stay away from, and to make no threats or violence toward the alleged victim when he was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a Feb. 21 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering a vehicle in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony brought by Westfield police.
