Matthew J. Bush, 31, of 51 Yeoman Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 26 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Mia Caligaris, 21, of 141 Williams Road, Ashburnham, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50.
Bethann Miller, 41, of 7 Russell Road, Huntington, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. She was found to be not responsible for a state highway traffic violation.
Alexander E. Audet, 20, of 5 Grandview St., Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and vandalizing property brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $640, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 210 days. He was found to be responsible for a marked lanes violation, not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and four charges of vandalizing property were not prosecuted. He was ordered to pay restitution of $80.
Gregory E. Hefty, 32, of 6 Belmont St., saw a charge of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 not prosecuted due to a lack of cooperation by the alleged victim.

Michael Gibbons, 18, of 8 Lewis St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 4 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Gregory T. Petkak, 32, of 46 Cedar Lane, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 4 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a police officer brought by Westfield police.
Christopher D. Mann, 35, of 868 Southampton Road, was held in lieu of $400 cash bail pending a Feb. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police.
Christopher Szczepanek, 25, of 7 Sibley Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 4 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute brought by Westfield police.
Timothy J. Shea, 35, of 67 S. Maple St., 35 was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 28 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a under the influence of liquor and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by Westfield police.
