Christian Heath, 18, of 33 Alavord Ave. Chicopee, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify himself and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for charges of failure to stop or yield and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Mark W. Difore, 20, of 15 Maple St., Needham, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed.
Tanner Watson, 22, of 165 Northwest Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution of $300.

Liam L. Wright, 35, of 741 Western Ave., was released on $100 cash bail pending an April 2 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a state highway traffic violation brought by Westfield police.
Orhan Dogan, 50, of 52 Coyote Circle, Feeding Hills, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
