Jose L. Cosme, 21, of 41 Orange St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disturbing the peace brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Hector L. Martinez, 20, of 34 Meadow St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disturbing the peace brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Jorge Mercado, 40, of 294 Elm St., Holyoke, was placed on pretrial probation for six months after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Ruslan Stephanchuk, 20, of 54 Cooley St., Agawam, pleaded guilty to a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor. He was fined $62.50 and assessed $50.
Maksin P. Dukan, 22, of 10 Ward St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify himself and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and was found to be responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation.

Jacqueline Cordes, 40, of 30 Union St., was held in lieu of $500 cash bail after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $500 brought by a Springfield Road department store.
Amanda M. Monty, 20, of 59 Point Grove Road, Southwick was released on her personal recognizance pending a Feb. 12 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and two state highway traffic violations brought by Westfield police.
Jeffrey P. Murphy, 35, of 46 Crown St., pleaded guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and was sentenced to a ten day term in the house of correction with credit for time served while awaiting trial. He was assessed $50.
Norman W. Oliver, 50, of 7 Sackett St., saw two charges of larceny from a person older than 65 years-of-age, two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 by false pretenses and larceny of property valued more than $250 from a person older than 60 years of age brought in three separate cases by Westfield police dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned on the same charges in superior court.
Thomas A. Dibella Jr., 35, of 53 Church St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
