Tabatha J. Godbout, 24, of 71 Harrison Ave., Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 29 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating a motor vehicle without a license in her possession brought by State Police. In a separate case also brought by State Police, Godbout was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 29 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to signal and a state highway traffic violation.
Aaron George, 17, of 919 Southampton Road, was placed on pretrial probation for three months after he was arraigned on charges of violation of an abuse prevention order and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Laura M. Scott, 27, of 47 St. Kolbe Drive, Holyoke, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50. In a separate case brought by State Police, Scott was charged with the same offense with the same outcome.
Joseph W. Busby, 54, of 11 Bush St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, child endangerment while operating under the influence of liquor and for operating an unregistered motor vehicle brought by State Police.
Mitchell Drenga, 29, of 4 Sanderson Brook, Blandford, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $300 and found to be responsible for a charge of speeding.

Rafael Rios Sr., 54, of 8 Pearl St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 28 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, a subsequent offense, operating a motor vehicle which does not meet Registry of Motor Vehicles safety standards, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by Westfield police.
Ricardo Pacheco, 29, of 5 Morris Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $200.
Jeremy Matos, 25, of 11 Grove Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a state highway traffic violation.
Matthew C. Winch, 31, of 16 South Longyard Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 29 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and a marked lanes violation.
