Kenneth Garrett, 43, of 44 Forest Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 25 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of ammunition without a firearms identification card brought by Westfield police.
Dylan T. Piersiak, 20, of 768 Chestnut St., Needham, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor and possession of a firearm without a firearms identification card brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 210 days. Two charges of carrying a dangerous weapon were not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Sarah L. Meade, 26, of 21 Summer St., was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 9 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding ion violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.
Nathan P. Solitario, 32, of 27 W. Main St., Russell, was released on $2,000 personal surety pending an April 9 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police.
Tiffany A. Figueroa, 45, of 1900 Westfield St., West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Marshall R. Macintyre, 22, of 163 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery and vandalizing property brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50, ordered to complete an anger management program and enjoined form making any threats of violence toward the victim. A charge of intimidating a witness was not prosecuted.
Matthew T. McSweeney, 27, of 342 Southwick Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50, found to be responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and assessed an additional $50.
Nichole A. Riopelle, 23, of 23 Jasper Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $200. She was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
