Juan A. Torres, 31, of 82 South Maple St., was placed on pre-trial probation for six months after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police.
Jordan Hardy, 22, of 46 Middlesex St., Springfield, was found to be responsible for a charge of possession of Class D drug and was assessed $100. In addition, Judge Philip A. Contant allowed a motion for forfeiture of $410.37 that Hardy had been in possession of when the original complaint (possession of a Class D substance with intent to distribute) was filed by Westfield State University police.
Jeffrey D. Krawczyk, 25, of no fixed address in Westfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of inhaling glue or a toxic substance brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a six month term in the house of correction.
James Ahearn, 35, of 71 Taylor St., Pittsfield, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Laurie J. Maratea, 61, of 91 Barbara St., saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Joseph A. Pieciak Jr., 48, of 136 Queen Ave., West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. Charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop for police were not prosecuted.
Joshua J. Foxe, 21, of 21 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of breaking and entering building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and wanton destruction of property brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for nine months. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay $1,200 in restitution.
Eduardo D. Dominguez, 19, of 50 Southampton Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Cyrena R. Hess, 25, of 4 Mayflower Lane, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 5 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
Cameron L. Perry, 19, 967 Worcester St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Jose L. Matos Jr., 49, of 755 Worthington St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny from a person more than 60 years-of-age and improper use of a credit card brought by Westfield police.
