William F. Lamagdelaine, 20, of 130 Sackett Street, pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 and was sentenced to time served while awaiting trial since Nov. 1, 2012. He was assessed $50. In a separate case, Lamagdelaine also pleaded guilty to charges of receiving stolen property valued more than $250, operating a motor vehicle with suspended license and littering from a motor vehicle and was again sentenced to time served while awaiting trial since Nov. 1, 2012. He was assessed $90 and found to be not responsible for a charge of failure to use a seat belt.
Christopher Moll, 45, of 2063 Memorial Drive, Chicopee, was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a crime and attempting to commit a crime brought by Westfield police.
William McClain, 47, of 55 Pequot Point Road, was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the alleged victim and assessed $90 when he was placed on pre-trial probation for six months after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police. A second charge of assault and battery was dismissed the request of the victim.
Jacqueline M. Doody, 66, of 79B Danek Drive, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 14 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police.
Kenneth R. Schubert, 41, of 38 Florence Ave., Holyoke, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation.
Eric A. Berrios, 18, of 4 Crown St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was fined $250, assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 210 days. He was found to be responsible for charges of speeding and failure to yield at an intersection.
Scott R. Wheatley, 51, of 1381 East Mountain Road, was released on his personal recognizance after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to signal and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation brought by State Police.
Joel Hernandez, 17, of 15 Fowler St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of disturbing the peace and being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $100 and a charge of delivering liquor to a person younger than the legal drinking age was not prosecuted.
Michael D. Hoynoski, 37, of 141 Jasper St., Springfield, saw a charge of assault and battery not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
