Pavel V. Krapova, 17, of 7 Malone Ave., was placed on pretrial probation for one month after he was arraigned on a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police.
Anthony M. Rhodes, 32, of 205 Vining Hill Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 14 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a possession of a Class B drug brought by Southwick police.
Christopher Bovat, 27, of 9 Jefferson St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Justin D. Massoni, 40, of 10 Powder Mil Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of conspiracy to violate drug laws, possession of a Class B drug and two charges of possession of a Class E drug brought by Agawam police.
Scott M. Massoni, 47, of 10 Powder Mil Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of conspiracy to violate drug laws and possession of a Class B drug, a subsequent offense, brought by Agawam police.
Joseph F. Zucco, 40, of P.O. Box 187, Huntington, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50, found to be responsible for a charge of speeding and assessed $100 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Benjamin J. White, 24, of 50 Front St., Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas E. Labombard, 23, of 2751 Cold Spring Road, Otis, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
David J. Mitchell, 285 Elm St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police.
Jordan A. Blasenak, 26, of 14 Grand St., pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Southwick police and was fined $125 and assessed $50. In a separate case, Blasenak pleaded guilty to a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle and was sentenced to a six month term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
