Michelle I. Parker, 28, of 651 Holyoke Road, pleaded guilty to two charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Southwick police and was sentenced to concurrent six months terms in the house of correction, suspended, with probation until Feb. 14, 2014. She was assessed $50.
Randy J. Carroll, 28, of 88 Leo Ave., Dracut, pleaded guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police and was sentenced to a 127 day term in the Western Massachusetts Correctional Alcohol Center on Howard Street in Springfield, with credit for time served. A charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor was not prosecuted and he was found to be responsible for a marked lanes violation. In a separate case brought by Westfield police, Carroll pleaded guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle and was sentenced to two more concurrent 127 day terms, with credit for time served. He was found to be responsible for a charge of speeding and not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Ricky A. Williams, 56, of 83 Bridge Street and formerly of 1104 Huntington Road, Russell, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and possession of a Class B drug, a subsequent offense, brought by State Police.
Joseph E. LaPlante, 29, of 112 W. Silver St., pleaded guilty to charges of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 and receiving stolen property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to two concurrent 90 day terms in the house of correction.
Nicholas Southwick-Hall, 26, of 40 Daniel Shays highway, Belchertown, saw charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed upon payment of court costs of $625 and a $50 assessment. He was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Susan H. Avondo, 52, of 8 Howard St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Sept. 4 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Southwick police.
Jessica Eger, 22, of 80 Robinson Road, West Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Sept. 4 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police.
Tina L. Dean, 37, of P.O. Box 266, Southwick, was placed on pretrial probation for three months and assessed $50 after she was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Southwick police.
Kelly M. Gustafson, 28, of 50 Southampton Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Sept. 4 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of violation of a harassment prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Daniel A. Rich, 19, of 17 Briar Hill Road, Sharon, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $150.
Kyle J. Turcotte, 26, of 92 Beaumont St., Springfield, saw a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Southwick police not prosecuted.
Raymond F. Teece, 25, of 40 Montgomery St., pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and possession of a Class B substance brought by Westfield police.
Zachary P. Johnson, 20, of 25 Berkshire Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one month. He was assessed $50.
Scott F. Schemann, 41, of 229 Union St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
