Kenneth Garrett, 44, of 44 Forest Ave., pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct, brought by Westfield police, that were dismissed after paying $150.
Jacob A. Lisheness, 32, of 514 Southwick Road, Apt. 1, was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 10 hearing after being arraigned on charges of two counts of threat to commit a crime, brought by Southwick police.
Allen T. Collins, 28, of 165 Lake View Drive, Apt. 10, West Suffield, Connecticut, was released on his personal recognizance pending an August 24 hearing after being arraigned on charges of wanton destruction of property under $250 and malicious destruction of property over $250, brought by Southwick police.
David E. Phillips, 43, of 3 Jefferson St., Apt. Right, received one year probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation, ordered to substance abuse evaluation and to have random screenings for alcohol after pleading guilty to charges of assault on a family/household member, amended to assault and battery on a family/household member, brought by Westfield police.
William Garcia-Luna, 32, of 50 Southampton Road, #73, had charges of leaving the scene of property damage, brought by Westfield police, dismissed after paying a fine.
Guillermina Vega, 43, of 44 Mechanic St., 2 Floor, was released on her personal recognizance pending an August 6 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny from a building, brought by Westfield police.
Adam P. Cloutier, 24, of 59 Washington St., 3rd, received three months probation and ordered to pay $500 after pleading guilty to charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, was found not responsible for failing to stop/yield and had charges of operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
