Angelo M. Gonzales Jr., 27, of 29 Russell Road, saw a charge of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of restitution of $150.
Jeremy Matos, 26, of 101 Court St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police Matos was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme, two charges of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 and a charge of uttering a false check.
Nathaniel Gogal, 34, of 934 Western Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. The judge ordered that the charge be dismissed upon completion of the program and payment of all monies owed. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth and he was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Vittorio Ferentino, 52, of 131 College Highway, saw charge of violation of a Probate and Family Court abuse prevention order dismissed without prejudice when the alleged victim asserted her marital privilege and refused to testify.
Daniel C. Fisher, 46, of no fixed address in Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed.
Willie J. French, 28, of 50 Christopher St., Chicopee, pleaded guilty to a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police. He was fined $200 and assessed $50. He was also found to be guilty of charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, possession of a Class C drug and possession of a Class D drug. A charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs was not prosecuted.
Jonathan J. Barrows, 28, of 39 Sunnyside St., West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of a $100 fee. A number plate violation was not prosecuted.
Jordan P. Knight, 21, of 12 Skipper Lane, was found to be responsible for charges of carrying a dangerous weapon, possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute and possession of a Class E drug. Hewas assessed $150.
Janet L. Fong, 47, of 71 Woodmont St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $5o.

Shane P. Cusson, 34, of 25 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, saw a charge of possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police dismissed.
