Jonathan P. Hall, 34, of 8 Munns Fairy Road, Northfield, was held on $10,000 cash or surety pending an August 14 hearing after being arraigned on charges of felony breaking and entering at nighttime, larceny from a building and defacement/vandalizing property, brought by Westfield police.
Stephen Hyde, Jr., 26, of 157 Middle Road, Southampton, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license continued without finding, to be dismissed upon payment of $200 due by October 15, and was found not responsible for charges of not having an inspection sticker, brought by Westfield police.
James J. Loughery, Jr., 36, of 11 Jeffrey Circle, Southwick, received one year probation and ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation after charges of larceny under $250 and resisting arrest were continued without finding while charges of larceny under $250, brought by Southwick police, were dismissed for plea purposes.
Colin W. Jackson, 70, of 586 Blue Hills Ave., Hartford, Connecticut, had charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Southwick police, dismissed at arraignment.
Kristin L. Wheeler, 33, of 97 Elm St., Apt. 403, had charges of disorderly conduct continued without finding, dismissed upon payment of $50, and received six months probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after charges of assault and battery on a police officer were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
George H. Terrell, 48, of 97 Elm St., Apt. 403, had charges of assault and battery, brought by Westfield police, dismissed after the victim asserted her fifth amendment rights.
Daniel W. Bateman, 29, of 7 Free St., was released in lieu of $100 cash bail pending an August 17 hearing after being arraigned on charges of resisting arrest, furnishing false name/SSN to police and disorderly conduct, brought by Westfield police.
Beverly Poynter, 23, of 1720 Main St., Agawam, was fined $675 at arraignment, due by October 15, after pleading guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, brought by Westfield police.
