Parise William, 26, 140 Union St., was released on her personal recognizance pending an Aug. 29 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
Abdiel Matos, 35, of 52 Union St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50. He was found to be responsible for a charge of speeding and was assessed $100.
Justin A. LaBarre, 25, of 76 Kane Brothers Circle, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Thomas P. Whalley, 35, of 1 Brayton Drive, Southwick, pleaded guilty to a charge of violation of a protective order brought by Southwick police and was placed on probation until Sept. 6, 2013. He was assessed $50.
Alberto E. Morales, 21, of 42 Chapel St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50. He was found to be responsible for a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation and was assessed $35. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession.
Cynthia L. Poole, 42, of 45 Liswell Drive., Feeding Hills, was placed on pretrial probation for one year after she was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Southwick police. She was assessed $50.
Jonathan L. Llano, 31, of 186 Buckingham St., Springfield, pleaded guilty to charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked as a habitual traffic offender brought by State Police and was placed on probation of one year. He was assessed $300. He was found to be not responsible for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, speeding in violation of special regulations and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Gregg M. Sheldon, 33, of 11 Tow Path Lane, Westfield, was found to be not guilty of a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Stepan N. Taushanzhi , 76, of 36 Ahrend Circle, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 30 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years-of-age or older brought by Southwick police.
Todd D. Hannum, 42, of 16 Phelps Ave., was placed on pretrial probation for one month after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police. He was assessed $50.
Angela Wheatley, 26, of 15 Parker Ave., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield pole dismissed when the alleged victim asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
David G. Gauthier, 42, of 25 Fox Hill Drive, saw charges of assault and battery and intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted her marital privilege and refused to testify.
