Richard N. Bruneau, 55, of 549 Russell Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 1 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Christopher R. Hall, 22, of 12 Furrowtown Road, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police not prosecuted and was found to be not responsible for a charge of failure to wear a seat belt.
Peter E. Noga, 19, of 18 Laurel Road, Huntington, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to dim headlights and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation brought by State Police.
Tito A. Pacheco, 32, of 14 Pinewood Lane, was held without right to bail after he was arraigned as a fugitive from justice and on charges of carrying a dangerous weapon, possession of a Class B drug and possession of a Class E drug brought by Westfield police.
James J. Mason, 48, of 41 Colonel’s Drive, Weymouth, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Mark J. Gilmore, 37, of 867 Huntington Road, Worthington, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield police not prosecuted due it insufficient evidence after he provided documentation that the license suspension was in error and the vehicle had been insured.
Adria A. Mejia-Tejada, 21, of 38 Mechanic St. or 38 Thomas St., was released on her personal recognizance pending an Aug. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by State Police.
Melissa L. Trudell, 37, of 30 Summer St., pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for one year. She was assessed $50 and ordered to pay restitution of $100. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Trudell pleaded guilty to charges of shoplifting merchandise valued more than $100 by concealing merchandise and larceny of property valued more than $250 and was again placed on probation for one year, again assessed $50 and ordered to pay restitution of $400.
Timothy C. Healey, 39, of 8 Glasgow Road, Blandford, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 14 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Blandford police.
Donald P. Flynn, 54, of no known address in Westfield, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a July 23 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order brought by Westfield police.
Jose A. Ramirez, 23, of 15 Morris St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 14 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and a state highway sign violation brought by Westfield police.
Daniel J. Laiho, 35, of 15 Green Ave., Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a charge of making an improper turn.
