, 27, of 12 Lenox St., Feeding Hills, was held in lieu of $500 cash surety pending a July 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of failing to stop for police, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, number plate violation to conceal identity, unregistered motor vehicle and uninsured motor vehicle, brought by Southwick police.
Juan Ortiz, 20, of 884 Worthington St., 7th Floor, Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 1 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, brought by State Police Russell.
Philip D. Guderyon, 32, of 12 Lexington St., Agawam, was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 14 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member, kidnapping and larceny over $250, brought by Westfield police.
Johnny C. Baez-Sierra, 38, of 41 School St., Springfield, received a six month suspended sentence to the House of Correction with one year probation, ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation and ordered to pay $711.48 in restitution after being found guilty by a jury of malicious damage to a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
Julio Alicea, 56, of 86 Union St., Apt. 1fl, had charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery, brought by Westfield police, dismissed after victim failed to prosecute.
Alexander M. Williams, 28, of 117 Bushy Hill Road, Granby, Connecticut, received one year probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation, fined $707.60, ordered to attend a drug/alcohol education program and received a 45-day loss of license after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor were continued without finding, had charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed and was found not responsible for speeding in violation of special regulation, brought by Southwick police.
