Martin J. Steiger Jr., 37, of 49 Beverly St. Chicopee, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $150.
Jose R. Vazquez, 41, of 38 Osgood St, Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding and dismissed.
Adrian Zayus, 34, of no known address in Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250, breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Leonne Vieu, 22, of 50 Southampton Road, saw charges of distributing obscene material, lascivious posing or exhibiting a child in the nude, indecent assault and battery on a person 14 year of age or older, statutory rape of a child and reckless endangerment for a child dismissed after she was arraigned and indicted on the same charges in superior court.
Sean M. Pirnie, 40, of 23 Agnoli Place, Feeding Hills, pleaded guilty to charges of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor and trespass and was sentenced to two days time served awaiting trial.

Zachary S. Luhns, 34, of 405 Mills St., Southington, Conn., pleaded guilty to charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulations and was fined $500. Charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle were dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
Miles Simons, 17, of 43 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
Hillary A. Hook aka Hillary Dupont, 24, of 868 Southampton Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Sept. 12 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Colleen E. Carpenter, 23, of 35 Farnham Lane, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Aug. 28 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and assault and battery on a police officer brought by Westfield police.
