Marsha A. Dentzan, 45, of 25 Clifton Drive, Agawam, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by a former employer, a Westfield liquor store. The complaint alleges that Dentzan stole $430.09 from a cash register assigned to her at the store.
Isac R. Hernandez, 19, of 10 Hanover St., was released on $1,000 person surety pending a Sept. 25 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor brought by Westfield police. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Hernandez was released on his personal recognizance after he was arraigned on a charge shoplifting by asportation.

Alex R. Erickson, 22, of 10 Highland Ave., Still River, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90 and ordered to make restitution of $436.04. He was ordered to comply with all protective orders, to stay away from the victim and to refrain from making any threats or violence toward the victim.
Matthew H. Shea, 27, of 22 Kellogg St., was released on $1,000 person surety pending an Aug. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of possession of a Class A drug brought by Agawam police.
Christino M. Lopez, 31, of 24 Longhill Street, Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 25 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Raymond R. Gosselin, 36, of 32 Dover Brook Road, Chicopee, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of malicious damage to a motor vehicle and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
Ashley S. Collins, 19, of 31 Jaeger Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 25 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and speeding brought by Westfield police.
James Roberts, 27, of 27 Kennedy Drive, Huntington, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 25 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Conrado L. Oritz, 40, of 28 Montmorenci St., Springfield, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation and was assessed $35.
Jorge Torres, 23, of 39 Washburn St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 25 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.

James E. Greene, 52, of 394 Apremont Highway, Holyoke, was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victim when he was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 24 hearing after was arraigned on a charge of wanton destruction of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Johnnie Vaught, 53, of 167 Clark St., Hartford, Conn., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a state highway violation brought by Westfield police. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Vaught was again released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and speeding.
Konstantin Raush, 23, of 51 Murray Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 25 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Vincent M. Cousineau, 30, of 19 McKinley Terrace, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Michael D. Hoynoski, 37, of 11 Jasper St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 25 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, he was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the alleged victim and was again released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 25 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery.
Roland Nadeau, 27, of 9 Fred Jackson Road, Southwick, was found to have violated probation imposed in 2011 due to an assault charge brought by Southwick police when he pleaded guilty to a charge of violation of an abuse protective order brought by Southwick police. He was sentenced to a six-month term in the house of correction and he was sentenced to a concurrent four month term for the recent charge.
Deaundra L. Chmura, 27, of 245 Whiting Farm Road, Holyoke, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by a representative of a Westfield department store and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $50.
