Charles M. Hayden, 28, of 149 Russellville Road, Southampton, was found to be responsible for charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by State Police and was assessed $100.
Jacob Stiles, 22, of 192 Abbott Hill Road, Chester, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a police officer brought by Westfield police.
Christopher Berrios,27, of 26 Otis St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.

Alfred W. Jasmin, 66, of 189 Springfield Road, saw a charge of breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony brought by Westfield police not prosecuted. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Jasmin also saw charges of breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, larceny of property valued more than $250 and larceny of a firearm not prosecuted. In a third case, also brought by Westfield police, Jasmin again saw charges of breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued more than $250 not prosecuted.
John K. Dougherty, 30, of 9 Robin Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for three charges of larceny of property valued more than $250, three charges of uttering a false check and a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90, ordered to remain drug and alcohol free and to submit to testing.
Steven R. Greco, 40, of 134 College Highway, Southampton, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for 11 months. He was ordered to continue counseling, to make no threats or violence and to obey all abuse prevention orders.
Jose J. Mateo, 25, of 837 State St., Springfield, saw a charge of using a motor vehicle without authority brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Nicholas Krupa, 24, of 35 Orange Street, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police dismissed upon payment of court costs of $100. He was found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and was assessed $50. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of improper operation of a motor vehicle.
Vladimir F. Kostyushko, 30, of 33 Russellville Road, was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail after he was arraigned on two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250, two charges of breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and a charge of larceny by false pretenses brought by Westfield police. In a separate case brought by the Insurance Fraud Bureau of Massachusetts, Kostyushko was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of filing a fraudulent motor vehicle claim.
Anthony J. Mair, 54, of 19 Mather St., was held in lieu of $500 cash bail after he was arraigned on charges of violation of an abuse prevention order, breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Southwick police.
Tito A. Pacheco, 32, of 14 Pinewood Lane, waived extradition proceedings and pleaded guilty to charges of carrying a dangerous weapon, possession of a Class B drug and possession of a Class E drug brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to seven days already served awaiting trial.
John Mullaney, 51, of 31 Sutton Place, Agawam, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, dismissed upon payment of court costs of $150.
Orlando J. Roman-Rodriguez, 21, of 140 Union St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
