, 30, of 14 E. Main St., Huntington, received six -months probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after charges of leaving the scene of property damage, brought by Westfield police, were continued without finding.
Steven J. Nikiel, 39, 24 Cleveland Ave., received three months probation and ordered to pay $250 after pleading guilty at arraignment to charges of shoplifting by asportation, amended to subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police.
Luca Bon Tempo, 19, of 76 Congress St., Milford, received three months probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after being arraigned on charges of wanton destruction of property over $250, brought by Westfield State University police.
Robert J. Giroux, 51, of 34 Ridgeway Ave., had charges of assault and battery on family/household member, brought by Westfield police, dismissed after victim asserted fifth amendment rights.
Jessica L. Hart, 31, of 20 Bellevue Ave., Ware, received one-year probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation, 45-day loss of license and fined $707.76 after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, amended to second offense, and had charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police, dismissed for plea purposes.
David D. Russo, Jr., 23, of 20 Woronoco Ave., Goffstown, New Hampshire, was released on his personal recognizance pending an August 7 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery, brought by Westfield police.
John Jimenez, Jr., 19, of 10 Cowles Court, Apt. 14, was released on his own recognizance pending an August 26 hearing after being arraigned on charges of using a motor vehicle without authority, brought by Westfield police.
Kelley Fisher, 47, of 125 Chester Road, Blandford, was released on her personal recognizance pending an August 14 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, brought by Westfield police.
