Jesse J. Soderstrom, 38, of 11 Cottage Ave., Easthampton, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Steven J. Nikiel, 37, of 8 Connor Ave., pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise brought by Westfield police. He was fined $50 and assessed $50.
Kenneth A. Fish, 33, of 37 Fairfield Ave., Holyoke, was ordered to stay away from and make no threats or violence toward the victim when he was held in lieu of $500 cash bail after he was arraigned on charges of charges of larceny of larceny of property valued more than $250 and attempting to commit a crime brought by Westfield police.
Joshua D. Vigeant, 27, of 42 Sunset Ave., Oxford, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Jeffrey D. Krawczyk, 24, of 36 Stuart Place, was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a July 9 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of inhaling a toxic substance brought by Westfield police.
Jose Echevarria, 40, of 16 Ford Ave., was released on $300 cash bail pending a July 31 hearing after he was arraigned on three charges of distribution of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police.
Brian D. Clark, 20, of 624 West Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. Hew as found to be not responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
