Johnathan Rojko, 24, of no fixed address in Springfield, was released on $50 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order.
Thomas Faipler, 45, of 12 Klaus Anderson Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of possession of a firearm without a FID card and improper storage of a firearm brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50. Charges of assault and battery, intimidating a witness and vandalizing property were dismissed when the victim asserted Fifth Amendment right and refused to testify. In a separate case also brought by Southwick police, Faipler again saw two charges of assault and battery dismissed when the victim asserted Fifth Amendment right and refused to testify.
Nicholas Sikand, 34, of 22 Matthews Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 31 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
Volodymyr Zhukovskyy, 17, of 90 New Bridge St., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 31 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, failure to stop or yield, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police.
William E. Thompson Jr., 37, of 65 Glenwood Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Darlene A. Morse, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $90 and a charge of attempted murder was not prosecuted.
Steven D. Conrad, 45, of 8 Highland Ave., South Hadley, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $300 and a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor was not prosecuted. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding and for a marked lanes violation.
William A. James, 49, of 129 Root Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 26 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Eric D. Sadler, 22, of 28 Brenda Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
