Sergey V. Lapik, 35, of an address restricted by the district court, was placed on pre-trial probation for one year in each of three cases brought by Westfield police. Lapik was charged separately for two charges of violation of an abuse prevention order and a charge of assault and battery.
John M. Lyttle, 18, of 9 Sackett St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 14 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class E drug brought by Westfield police.
Sandra J. Bein, 60, of 67 Orange St., was released on her personal recognizance pending an Aug. 14 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Justin M. Clegg, 20, of 22 Malone Ave., was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victim when he was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 14 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and cruelty to an animal brought by Westfield police.
