Benjamin L. Goulet, 33, of 109 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, saw a charge of vandalizing property brought by Southwick police dismissed at the request of the victim.
Bradley E. Sherwood, 29, of 27 Debra St., Enfield, Conn., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 2 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Southwick police.
Nicholas J. Distefano, 27, of 2 Maria Drive, was found to be responsible for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and was assessed $50.
Matthew J. Freeman, 40, of no known current address, pleaded guilty in three separate cases to a charge of refusing to provide a DNA database sample brought by State Police and two charges of violation of a protective order brought by Westfield and Agawam police and was sentenced in each case to a sixty day term in the house of correction to be served concurrently.
