Sean P. Clancy, 50, of 31 Whitaker St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 12 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police.
Yamilette L. Mendez, 17, of 23 Monroe St., was released on her personal recognizance pending an Aug. 27 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of attempting to commit a crime brought by Westfield police.
Andrey Kaplyuk, 20, of 11 Dubois St., pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession and for a motor vehicle lights violation.

Nathaniel Gogal, 34, of 934 Western Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
William J. Fabrocini, 64, of 755 Worthington Street, was found in a bench trial to be guilty of charges of disorderly conduct and attempting to commit a crime brought by Westfield police and was fined $50. Fabrocini refused to pay the fine and was ordered to be incarcerated until the obligation is paid at a rate of $30 per day of incarceration.
Brian M. Giesing, 22, of 155 River St., West Springfield, was found to be not guilty in a jury trial of charges of aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
Andrew J. Bishop, 23, of 8 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, was found to be not guilty in a jury trial of charges of aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
Corey Mihalski, 23, of 194 Mort Vining Road, Southwick, was found to be not guilty in a jury trial of charges of aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
Carlos Alvarez, 27, of 10 Bristol Place, Holyoke, saw charges of entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and putting a person in fear, larceny from a building and malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police dismissed after he was arraigned and indicted on the same charges in superior court.
Jose M. Rivera, 26, of 7 Free St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
Alberto Rodriguez, 28, of 134 Union St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 14 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by Westfield police.
Frank Mascaro, 57, of 60 Hampden St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Daniel B. Fox, 44, of 8 Cleveland Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
Christopher J. Bellefeuille, 38, of 97 Marjorie St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 17 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police.
Craig M. Lapierre, 41, of 51 Red Fox Drive, Feeding Hills, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 13 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police.
Anthony B. Tangredi, 31, of 273 Commonwealth Ave., Springfield, saw charges of conspiracy, larceny of property valued more than $250, armed assault and battery to intimidate with bodily injury and intimidating a witness brought by Southwick police dismissed after he was arraigned and indicted on the same charges in superior court.
