Kuyler Davidson, 18, of 17 Maplecrest Circle, Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 22 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by a Westfield resident.
Ryan Flick, 19, of 8 Prospect St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of selling or delivering liquor to a person younger than the legal drinking age brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Yelena Kostyushko, 27, of 177 Meadow St., was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a July 2 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme and five charges of uttering a false check brought by Westfield police.
Matthew L. Flynn, 26, of 151 Pomeroy St., Montgomery, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation.
Seamus Lachapelle, 19, of 42R Chapel St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 1 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of threatening to commit a crime brought by Westfield police.
Arelis M. Diaz, 26, of 134 Union Street, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. She was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Jose L. Cosme, 22, of 41 Orange St., was released on $5,000 personal surety pending a July 19 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute brought by Westfield police.
Indigo Albitz, 18, of 1114 Crescent Mills, Russell, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police not prosecuted.
