Carlos Casillas, 43, of 62 Edmund Wynn Cir., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of shoplifting by asportation and trespass, brought by Westfield Police.
Kenneth E. Wilson, 23, of 95 Prospect St., Enfield, had a charge of disorderly conduct dismissed nolle prosequi and a charge of resisting arrest filed with admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding for one year, brought by Westfield Police.
