Brent M. Chalmers, 35, of 158 Bates Road, received nine months probation, ordered to pay $50 while on probation and ordered to stay away from the victim after pleading guilty to assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Brian Glasheen, 50, of 69 Court St., Apt 2A, was released on his own recognizance pending an August 10 hearing after being arraigned on charges of violating an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Laura Chase, 29, of 55 Katharine St., was released on her own recognizance pending an August 12 hearing after being arraigned on charges of permitting an unlicensed driver/driver with suspended license to operate a motor vehicle and not having an inspection sticker brought by State Police Westfield.
Robert L. Chase, 31, of 55 Katharine St., was released on his own recognizance pending an August 12 hearing after being charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police Westfield.
Paul Corbin, Jr., 70, of 126 Main St., Apt. 1, received three months probation after charges of leaving the scene of property damage, brought by Westfield State University, were continued without finding.
Paula L. Christopher, 58, of 27 Pleasant Valley Road, Feeding Hills, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed after paying $150 and charges of failing to stop/yield, brought by Southwick police, dismissed.
Derek W. Webb, 23, of 868 Southampton Road, Lot 32, was released on his own recognizance pending a July 6 hearing after being arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and being in possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Peter Lopez, 49, of 36 Harkness Ave., Springfield, received three months probation, fined $200 and ordered to not drive without a license at arraignment after charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, brought by State Police Russell, were continued without finding.
