Donald Stenico, 52, of 61 Prospect Street, Chester, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 7 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police.
Cailyn M. Sears, 29, of 40 Oak St., Gill, saw a charge of permitting unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.

Kai M. Chee, 23, of 38 Mechanic St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and ordered to remain drug and alcohol free and submit to random testing. The judge also ordered that Chee forfeit $1,411 seized along with more than five pounds of marijuana seized at the time of his arrest. A drug violation near a school or park was not prosecuted.
Brian J. Wood, 37, of 39 Beech Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, speeding and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
Nicholas W. Arkoette, 26, of 93 Sackett Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 29 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
Ashley E. Towse, 22, of 15 Stuart Place, was released on her personal recognizance pending a May 29 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
Louis Garassino Jr., 34, of 820 Colebrook River Road, Tolland, pleaded guilty to charges of assault, resisting arrest and two charges of malicious destruction of property valued less than $250 brought by Tolland police and was sentenced to four one year terms in the house of correction, suspended. He was ordered to make no threats or violence toward the victim, to remain drug and alcohol free and be subject to random testing, to comply with all protective orders and was assessed $50.
