Anthony Hiner, 35, of 590 Granville Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
John C. Mazeski III, 35, of 33 Chestnut St., Chicopee, was released on $100 cash bail pending an April 24 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) and speeding brought by Westfield police.
Mark W. Correia, 45, of 3 Princeton St., saw two charges of assault and battery dismissed without prejudice at the request of the Commonwealth when witnesses did not appear in court.
Robert J. Giroux, 50, of 34 Ridgeway Ave., was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending an April 10 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member.
Tandy S. Purinton, 22, of 134 College Highway, Southampton, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 24 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by State Police.
Declan M. Coyne, 41, of 417 Root Road, was released on his personal recognizance after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and speeding brought by State Police.
Laurel Carman, 62, of 47 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a May 1 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Southwick police.
Caitlain G. Lami, 28, of 50 Southampton Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending a May 6 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police.
