Andres A. Dejesus, 28, of 29 William St., Hartford, Connecticut, was ordered to make no threats or violence toward the victim when he submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery on a family or household member and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police. The charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months and he was assessed $50.
Omar Dejesus, 30, of Hundred Acres Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Michael J. Hibert, 49, of 126 Hillside Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 4 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police.
Elizabeth A. Bala-McPhee, 34, of 342 Southwick Road, was released on her personal recognizance after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Orlando J. Roman-Rodriguez, 23, of 140 Union St., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by a Westfield resident not prosecuted.
Michael F. Williams, 43, of 602 Springfield Road, Feeding Hills, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $300 and a charge of malicious destruction of property valued less than $250 was not prosecuted.
Jason D. Garwacki, 40, of 47 George Loomis Road, Southwick, pleaded guilty to a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and was fined $1,250. He was assessed $50.
Justin M. Cushman, 26, of 40 Parker Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 17 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and a single charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas J. Zina, 32, of 45 Benoit Circle, Chicopee, pleaded guilty to two charges of identity fraud and two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Southwick police and was sentenced to four concurrent two and a half year terms in the house of correction with six months to be served directly and the balance suspended with probation until March 16, 1018. An additional charge of identity fraud and an additional charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme were not prosecuted.
