Michael L. Vega, 31, of 118 Elm St., saw charges of malicious damage to a motor vehicle valued more than $250 and intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the victim when she asserted her Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Michael L. Blair, 23, of 59 Pochassic St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of receiving operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with an obstructed window on the Massachusetts Turnpike and a Massachusetts Turnpike marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
Eric W. Theroux, 23, of 28 Carbonneau Terrace, Chicopee, was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail pending an April 22 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme and charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 from a person older than 60 years-of-age or disabled and uttering a false check brought by Westfield police.
Courtney J. Davis, 22, of 2 Upper Russell Road, Huntington, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $300 and found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Jeffrey A. Wert, 26, of 593 Southwick Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 4 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, larceny of property valued more than $250 and assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
