Matthew J. Daigneault-Alaimo, 24, of 15 Pineywood Road, Southwick, was released on $50 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State police.
Robert J. Leja, 29, of 43 Simmons Brook Drive, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a May 2 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class A drug and conspiracy to violate drug laws brought by Westfield police.
Daniel J. Leja, 27, of 43 Simmons Brook Drive, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a May 2 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class A drug and conspiracy to violate drug laws brought by Westfield police.
Kathleen M. Buotte, 58, of 41 Warfield Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Andrew C. Lacombe, 27, of 48 Oak Knoll Road, Lowell submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Robert W. Hunt II, 25, of 19 Foster Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 16 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by State Police.
Richard J. Ballato, 25, of 105 Northlake Ave., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 16 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Agawam police.
