, 34, of 41 School St., Springfield, had charges of unlicensed operation of motor vehicle and failing to notify RMV of name/address change, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Kathleen M. Priest, 57, of 9 Skyline Drive, was placed on one-year probation after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and leaving the scene of property damage were continued without finding and had charges of negligent operation of motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Adrian B. Hinds, 25, of 342 Southwick Road, Apt. 63, was held without right to bail pending a March 30 pretrial detention hearing after being arraigned on charges of two counts of assault and battery with dangerous weapon with serious bodily injury, two counts of armed assault to murder and cruelty to animal, brought by Westfield police.
Andrew Lemieux, 25, of 421 N. Westfield St., Agawam, had charges of assault and battery, brought by Westfield police, dismissed upon payment of $430 in restitution.
Anthony M. Rhodes, 35, of 32 Ed Holcomb Road, Southwick, had the following charges dismissed in district court after being indicted and arraigned in Hampden Superior Court: trafficking cocaine in 100 grams or more but less than 200 grams, cocaine trafficking in 36 grams or more but less than 100 grams, conspiracy to violate drug law and distributing Class B drug, brought by Southwick police.
Angel L. Rivera, 33, of 83 Main St., was placed on one-year probation after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Clifford J. Forrett, Jr., 26, of 32 Crown St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 6 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct and witness/juror/police/court official intimidation, brought by Westfield police.
Dana E. Jerin, 24, of 72 Granville Road, Southwick, had charges of trafficking cocaine in 18 grams or more but less than 36 grams and separate charges of five counts of distributing Class B drug, brought by Southwick police, dismissed in district court after being indicted and arraigned in Hampden Superior Court;
Shari O’Brien, 22, of 237 Maple St., East Longmeadow, was placed on one year probation after charges of receiving stolen motor vehicle were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Douglas G. Jaeger, Jr., 29, of 19 Lockhouse Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 27 hearing after being arraigned on charges of fraud in hiring vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
Michael F. Calabrese, 31, of 192 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 27 hearing after being arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and motor vehicle brakes violation, brought by Southwick police.
