Joseph A. Iarrusso, 39, of 38 Sam West Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 23 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Joshua A. Light, 27, of 211 South Branch Parkway, Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 16 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class A drug brought by Westfield police.
James H. Gagnon, 50, of 306 Elm St., was held in lieu of $25,000 cash bail pending a competency hearing ordered by Judge Rita Koenigs.
Scott P. Stratton, 34, of 56 Mt. Carmel Ave., Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 23 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of uttering a false writing and forgery of a document brought by Southwick police.
Kenneth M. Egan, 48, of 34 Boyden Road, Orange, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 23 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of uttering a false writing and forgery of a document brought by Southwick police.
Andrew C. Stenico, 21, of 15 Old Main Road, Montgomery, pleaded guilty to a charge of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by State Police and was sentenced to a 60 day term, with credit for time served awaiting trial. In a second case also brought by State Police, Stenico pleaded guilty to a charge of violation of a protective order and was sentenced to a 30 day term to be served consecutively with the term imposed in the other case.
Nathan P. Solitario, 32, of 27 West Main St., Russell, was held in lieu of $2,000 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by State Police.
William E. Carroll, 19, of 55 Mountain View Terrace, Lee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 13 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield police. Todd J. Conant, 46, of 79 Highland Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 16 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police.
