Roger W. Cortis Jr., 42, of 2 Cycle St., saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Anna M. Vecchio, 27, of 33 Depot St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a May 5 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of identity fraud and larceny of property valued more than $250 by false pretenses brought by Southwick police.
Jason T. Boulanger, 35, of 167 Pondview Drive, Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) and speeding brought by Westfield police.
James M. Tremble, 24, of 94 Goss Hill Road, Huntington, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Jamie L. King, 28, of 248 Fuller St., Dorchester, pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to an 18 month term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for one year. She was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution of $1,000.
Jose Garcia-Berrios, 36, of 178 Belmont Ave., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery and shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for nine months. He was assessed $50.
Jonathan Cappas, 20, of 1123 St. James Ave., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
