Robert E. Matthews, III, 24, of 17 Miller St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of possession of Class A drug, failing to signal and operating motor vehicle with license suspended, brought by Westfield police.
Amy Gomez, 31, of 93 White St., had charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended continued without finding to be dismissed upon payment of $50 and was found not responsible for speeding in violation of special regulation, brought by Westfield police.
Sean White, 20, of 11 Mill St., Franklin, was placed on one-year probation after charges of two counts of assault and battery and resisting arrest were continued without finding and had charges of disorderly conduct, brought by Westfield State University police, dismissed.
Nelson L. Ambridge, of 63 George St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of four counts of shoplifting over $100 by asportation and four counts of trespass, brought by Westfield police.
Zachary Gravell, 21, of 8 Wild Flower Circle, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 by single scheme and three counts of uttering a false check, brought by Westfield police.
Yuri Saikin, 50, of 2 Margerie St., had charges of assault and battery, brought by Westfield police, dismissed at arraignment.
Randolph J. Cookish, 29, of 167 Holy Cross Circle, Ludlow, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended continued without finding at arraignment, dismissed upon payment of $50, and had charges of motor vehicle lights violation, brought by Russell State Police, dismissed.
Mark P. Cioloci, 20, of 24 Bates St., was placed on one-year probation after charges of distributing Class A drug and possession of Class B drug were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Susan A. Bulewich, 23, of 77A S. Maple St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, operating motor vehicle with registration suspended, uninsured motor vehicle, miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation and trash/litter from motor vehicle, brought by Southwick police.
Kyle W. Schott, 21, of 40 Mt. Laurel Drive, Russell, was placed on one-year probation after charges of possession of Class A drug and possession of Class E drug were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Jeron L. Stallings, 23, of 17 Forest Park Ave., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250, brought by Walmart via criminal complaint.
