Vladimir Sharakin, 23, of 47 Governor Drive, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Judith Norris, 45, of 17 McKinley Terrace, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by State Police not prosecuted.
Roberto Galvan, 43, of 9 Stony Hill Road, Wilbraham, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed without prejudice after the Commonwealth was unable to contact the named victim.
Joshua Gravell, 18, of 8 Wildflower Circle, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery and violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Gravell submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for two charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay $139 in restitution.
Sarah L. Meade, 28, of 21 Summer St., saw a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police dismissed when the named victim asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Jessica Johnson, 25, of 40 Stevens St., Springfield, was found to be responsible for a charge of speeding and was assessed $105. A charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was not prosecuted.
Wayne J. Dean, 31, of 120 Federal Street Extension, Agawam, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 24 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Dean was again released on his personal recognizance pending an April 24 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of using a motor vehicle without authority.
