Rachell L. Sanchez, 32, of 50 Southampton Road, saw a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
George Sfakios, 63, of 236 Vining Hills Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 16 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Southwick police.
Constantino S. Sfakios, 28, of 236 Vining Hills Road, Southwick, was released on $200 cash bail pending an April 16 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Southwick police.
Justin Crosby, 19, of 385 Steiger Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and a charge of assault and battery on a person older than 60 years-of-age or disabled was not prosecuted.
Daisha Serrano, 20, of no fixed address in Holyoke, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and receiving stolen property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $300. She also submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of speeding and was found to be responsible. Charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, a number plate violation to conceal identification and a motor vehicle lights violation were not prosecuted.
Hunter C. Wolfe, 19, of 7 Coes Hill Road, Southwick, was held without right to bail pending a March 12 dangerousness hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Southwick police.
Robert Racco, 25, of 172 Dorset St., Springfield, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending an April 6 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of violation of an abuse prevention order and charges of possession of a Class C drug and malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Melanie D. Cortis, 39, of 10 State St., saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
Stewart Welden Jr., 37, of 112 Main St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon was not prosecuted.
Michael J. Banach, 45, of 285 Valley View Drive, was released on $300 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery.
