Asselin, 18, of 1 Crystal Dr., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 10 hearing after being arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, failure to wear seatbelt and use of motor vehicle without authority, brought by Southwick Police.
