Jessica P. Stacy, 28, of 16 Ridgecrest Circle, was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 1 hearing after being arraigned on charges of number plate violation, operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended and uninsured motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
Raymond J. Gonzalez, 19, of 832 Carew St., Springfield, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended, uninsured motor vehicle and registration not in possession, brought by Westfield State University police, dismissed.
