Erica A. Suleski, 33, of 97 Green Valley Drive, Enfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 10 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police.
Edmund J. Gordon, 23, of 72 Harriet Ave., Shrewsbury, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be not responsible for charges of speeding and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Kyle T. Dalton, 24, of 33 Miller Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and was assessed $50.
Sarah Felsentreger, 33, of 35 Joyce Drive, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Robert C. Benoit, 20, of 29 Oakcrest St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for charges of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor, selling or delivering liquor to a person younger than the legal drinking age and trespass brought by Westfield State University police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Kristina Foley, 29, of 11 Meadow St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 11 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Agawam police.
Scott F. Schumann, 41, of 919 Southampton Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 10 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge assault and battery brought by a Westfield resident.
Tina L. Dean, 37, of P.O. Box 266, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 10 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Southwick police.
Kyle Guenette, 21, of 37 Kelso Ave., West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50, found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and was assessed an additional $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of improper operation of a motor vehicle

Robert W. Hunt II, 25, of 19 Foster Road, Southwick, was found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by State Police and was assessed $50. A charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was not prosecuted.
Christina Duross, 22, of 72 Malden St., Springfield, was placed on pre-trial probation for six months when she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Brian A. Oleksak, 26, of 994 Western Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession.
Mark J. Gilmore, 37, of 967 Huntington Road, Worthington, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 2 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Christopher Wert, 26, of 593 Southwick Road, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute and possession of a Class C drug with intent to distribute and was sentenced to two concurrent 18 month terms, with credit for time served awaiting trial, in the house of correction. A charge of possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute was not prosecuted. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Wert pleaded guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) and possession of a Class C drug with intent to distribute and was sentenced to terms of 60 days and six months respectively to be served concurrently with the sentence imposed in the previous offense.
Wes T. Kellogg, 42, of 79 Meadow St., was found to be guilty of a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and was placed on probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for charges of failure to wear a seat belt, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and failure to notify the Registry of Motor Vehicles of a change of address. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding and a marked lanes violation.
Jordan Wright, 22, of 90 Oswego St., Springfield, was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victim and place on probation for one year when he pleaded guilty to two charges of vandalizing property and a charge of disorderly conduct. He was assessed $90. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Wright was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victim and ordered to comply with all protective orders and to complete a batterers program when he pleaded guilty to a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
Travis W. Hall, 20, of 208 Beekman Drive, Agawam, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a property damage accident and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $300 and found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
