Christopher Berrios, 27, of 26 Otis St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of a $50 assessment. He was found to be not responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation.
Kevin M. McDyer, 21, of 99 Vining Hill Road, Southwick, saw a charge of possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute brought by Southwick police not prosecuted because the evidence was tainted by a discredited chemist at the testing laboratory.
Tennison S. Clarke, 27, of 255 College St., Springfield, saw a charge of vandalizing property brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Lyanne M. Harnden, 29, of 62 South Meadow Road, was ordered to have no contact with and stay away from the victim when she was released on her personal recognizance after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Matthew L. Daggett, 28, of 8 Connor Ave., pleaded guilty to a charge of disturbing the peace and was fined $125. He was assessed $50.
Christina A. Porter, 28, of 68 Renee Circle, Springfield, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation not prosecuted.
Jasmine I. Rivera, 32, of 73 Bryant St., Springfield, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and operating an unregistered motor vehicle brought by Westfield police not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence and an error by the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
Cory K. Schumann, 18, of 31 Foch Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 19 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police.
Kevin M. Kyrkowski, 21, of 6 Windsor Drive, Hingham, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of disturbing the peace and selling or delivering liquor to a person younger than the legal drinking age and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Mario R. Navone, 34, of 18 Maple St., was released on $2,000 personal surety pending a July 24 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of distribution of a Class D drug and a charge of possession of a Class E drug brought by Westfield police.
Peter G. Jeffs, 51, of 463 Bay Road, Amherst, was released on $2,000 personal surety pending a July 24 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, larceny of property valued more than $250 and vandalizing property brought by Southwick police.
Felix Flores, 19, of 126 Union St., saw a charge of rape brought by Westfield police not prosecuted at this time.
Christina I. Yarmesky, 19, of 933 Homestead Ave., Holyoke, was ordered to stay away from and have no contact with the victim when she was arraigned on a charge of attempting to commit a crime brought by Westfield police and released on her personal recognizance pending a July 24 hearing.
Todd M. Whitehead, 32, of 18 Maple St., was released on $200 cash bail pending a July 24 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of distribution of a Class d drug and possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute brought by Westfield police.
Aleksandr Y. Vasilenko, 38, of 53 Pendexter St., Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 2 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Tina M. Beckett, 47, of 37 Woodmont St., West Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and was fined $1.250, assessed $600 and sentenced to a two year term in the house of correction with 180 days to be served directly and the balance suspended with probation for two years. Beckett also pleaded guilty to a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and was sentenced to a concurrent 60 day term. She was found to be responsible for a charge of operating the wrong way on a state highway.
