Chelsea Henry, 24, of 84 Valley View Ave., Russell, was released on her personal recognizance and with pretrial conditions pending a July 18 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault, trespassing, disorderly conduct and attempt to commit crime, brought by Russell State Police.
Jason R. Beaumier, 46, of 15 Fowler St., Westfield, received a one-year sentence to House of Corrections, suspended with probation for two years, after pleading guilty to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Charges of assault and battery on +60/disabled with injury, vandalize property, assault and battery and a second count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon were dismissed nolle prosequi. All charges originally brought by Westfield Police.
Steven M. Raskauskas, 21, of 92 Meadow St., Westfield, had charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery, serious bodily injury, dismissed nolle prosequi, and two counts of assault and battery had sufficient facts found but continued without a finding for one year, all charges originally brought by Westfield Police.
