Edgar Correa, 25, of 22 Better way, Springfield saw charges of failure to stop for police, improper operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, failure to wear a seat belt, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation dismissed by order of the court.
Samantha A. Smith, 22, of 31 Casimir St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50.
Paul R. Prentice, 36, of 3 Fourth St., Southwick, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a July 30 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and intimidating a witness brought by Southwick police.
John G. Doran, 48, of 868 Southampton Road, pleaded guilty to a charge of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years-of-age or older and was sentenced to a 90 day term in the house of correction.
Kyle Barnas, 32, of 106 Barnard Road, Granville, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police not prosecuted.
Susan A. Bulewich, 21, of 84 Silver St., West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
