Tyler J. Partyka, 21, of 43 Russell Stage Road, Blandford was held without right to bail pending a June 20 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250, disorderly conduct and violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
James J. Martin, 26, of 350 West St., Ludlow, was released on $100 cash bail pending a July 31 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
Ignacio Gutierrez, 35, of 78 George St., was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail pending a June 21 hearing after he was arraigned on a charges of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years-of-age or older, assault with intent to rape and indecent exposure brought by Westfield police.
