WESTFIELD – Rain outs continued to create havoc across the entire local high school sports scene, sending athletic directors and teams scrambling to reschedule games at the last minute with the season’s deadline for regular season completion quickly bearing down on the region.
Many games were rescheduled to be played Friday – and even those games were at risk with another day of rainy weather forecast. Teams have until Monday to make up any unfinished contests. Tournament seeds are expected to be announced Tuesday with playoff games set to begin Wednesday.
