Nathan M. Bagley, 30, of 96 City View Road, pleaded guilty to charges of larceny of property valued less than $250, receiving a lost credit card, attempting to commit a crime and three charges of improper use of a credit card brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to six terms of incarceration in a house of correction to be served concurrently with a sentence imposed in a previous case.
Terrence Gorenc, 25, of 86 Bungalow St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 2 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, assault and battery on a police officer, speeding in violation of special regulations and a marked lanes violation brought by Southwick police.
