Richard J. Arnold, 26, 14 Arnold St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 5 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 and after being arraigned on separate charges of possession of Class A drug, brought by Westfield police.

Ashely E. Jones, 30, of 85 Baldwin St., West Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250, brought by Westfield police.

Ricardo R. Torres, 44, of 105 Union St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor second offense, negligent operation of motor vehicle, possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and not having inspection sticker, brought by Westfield police.

Jennifer Tillman, 44, of 12 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, had charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle dismissed at arraignment, brought by Russell police.

Jonathan O. Savard, 23, of no known address, was fined $362.50 after pleading guilty of shoplifting by concealing merchandise second offense, brought by Westfield police.

Melissa Ingraham, 29, of 44 W. School St., was placed on three months probation after charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended were continued without finding and was found not responsible for not having inspection sticker and motor vehicle lights violation, brought by Westfield police.
