Ashley L. Folino, 24, of 342 Southwick Road, Westfield, had a charge of assault and battery on a family/household member dismissed upon the request of the victim and failure to prosecute, originally brought by Westfield Police.
Aiden Schwartz, 20, of 12 Maple Ave., Cambridge, was released on $500 bail and with pretrial conditions pending a June 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, two counts of home invasion and firearm, carry without license, brought by Westfield State University Police.
